It’s the people that aggravate or even annoy you… That really should be thanked. For those are the people who trigger something deep inside you.
It’s pure logic that holding onto anger won’t do anything. It really is just a waste of your precious energy and time.
Imagine what you could have done with all of the time you spent complaining, fussing, bitching or just hating something or someone else??
So start right now. Break the habit.
Today, once again, I found myself obsessing and yes “hating” someone. After some thought I realized enough was enough. So I wrote a huge list of everything I wanted to do with my life, with my time here on earth.
Now every time I find myself hating or just negatively obsessing over anyone else I make myself reread the list out loud. It is actually working 💛
